great location large bedroom bonus curtains
the LOCATION was great. the bedroom and bathroom was also large. the blackout curtains were a bonus for a young baby.
the internet was really bad, most of the time it didn't even connect.

Acceptable, but the noise was disruptive.
traffic noise uncomfortable pillows
The location is great for underground access. The hotel was clean overall.
My room faced the front of the building and traffic noise continued all night. There seemed to be little soundproofing inside the building. I could hear everything. The pillows were uncomfortable too.

good location practical room friendly staff missing fridge bad smell uncomfortable bed
The location was really good i found. it was a short walk to the underground station. the room had everything i needed. It was very practical. the staff were friendly and i got a comfortable sleep.
The room didn't have a fridge. That was a bit inconvenient. there was a bad smell in the room, perhaps from the carpet. i also found the beds not so comfy. I think they could improve the mattress quality.

clean room convenient location nearby restaurants high noise thin wall street traffic
the room was clean when i arrived. location is very convenient. it is near a tesco and bus stops. there are restaurants also very close by.
the noise level was high at times. thin walls meant i could hear neighbors. street traffic was very audible, especially at night.

convenient location bus station room upgrade
I found the location quite convenient, as it's near many restaurants. The bus station across the street made getting around easy. I also appreciated the room upgrade from single to double, it provided more space.
The noise from outside was noticeable due to insufficient window isolation.

The receptionist was kind and helpful throughout my stay (she even lent me an umbrella one evening!). Staff swiftly managed to provide a new, larger room when a leak was found upon arrival, showcasing excellent service, which I found reassuring.

My room was very clean, with daily tidying service. The room included adequate towels, soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. The room was well-equipped. It contained an in-room tea, coffee, and a kettle.
